  • Q: What are furniture packages?

    Furniture packages are a selection of furniture pieces that has been curated to achieve a certain look or style in your home.  They are delivered and installed in your home in one go, on one day. 

  • Q: Why can I only see key items and not everything in the furniture package?

    Each furniture package is uniquely put together for each customer's individual needs. We show you the key pieces, enabling you to get a feel for how it will look in your home once you contact us with your selection, we will send you a full quote, detailing everything in the furniture package.

  • Q: How much do I pay for delivery of a furniture package?

    The delivery and installation costs will be included in the quote that you are given. We will give you one price, so that you do not need to worry about any hidden extras.

  • Q: How long does it take to deliver a furniture package?

    The delivery and installation time-line will vary depending on the package. The average lead-time is 12 weeks when including bespoke and made to order items. However, we can adapt the furniture package to meet your schedule.

  • Q: I like your products but don't feel that your pre-selected styles are quite right for me. Can I order a different style?

    Yes. Have a browse through out shop and send us your wish-list. We will then create something just for you. Or simply email us some images of what you do like and we will come back to you with something unique.

  • Q: I am a property developer and would like a number of furniture packages. Can you cater for this?

    Yes of course. We offer trade services - just contact us with your requirements.

  • Q: Why isn't everything in your shop available to buy now?

    We work with a lot of very talented people, brands and manufacturers where items are made to order - which means lead-times on products vary.

  • Q: Do you work or ship goods to outside of the UK?

    At the moment we ship to the UK only. However, we are always looking to help people, so please do contact us with your requirements and we can see what we can do.

  • Q: Can I return the furniture package if I do not like it?

    Make My House Home does not offer a returns policy. Should there be a fault with an item this can be exchanged and replaced. In the unlikely event that an item provided by Make My House Home is faulty post installation, Make My House Home will visit the property and review within three months of installation. Make My House Home are not held responsible for breakages or faults occurring after 3 months.
